Shreeji Patola is an e-commerce venture of 
Shreeji Handicraft Sarees Nx

Our Commitment to You

At Shreeji Patola, customer satisfaction matters 
to us deeply. Every saree we sell is handwoven, 
and we want you to feel confident and delighted 
with your purchase.

Please note that all our products are handcrafted. 
Minor weaving irregularities, slight variations in 
colour, and natural ikat bleed are characteristics 
of handloom fabric and are not considered defects. 
These small variations are part of what makes each 
piece unique.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing 
them, provided the order has not yet been shipped. 
To cancel an order please contact us on WhatsApp 
with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be 
cancelled.

Returns

We accept return requests only in the following 
cases:

* You received a saree that is significantly 
  different from what was shown on the website
* You received a damaged, defective, or 
  incorrect product

To raise a return request, please contact us via 
WhatsApp or email within 2 days of receiving your 
order, along with your order number and clear 
photographs or a video of the issue.

The product must be returned within 7 working days 
in its original, saleable condition with all tags, 
packaging, and folds intact. Items that have been 
worn, washed, altered, or tailored cannot be 
returned under any circumstances.

If you receive a package where the outer packaging 
appears tampered with, opened, or damaged, we 
strongly advise you not to accept the delivery and 
to inform us immediately.

Return Inspection and Outcome

Once we receive your returned product, our quality 
team will inspect it carefully. Based on this 
inspection we will either approve or reject the 
return.

If approved, you will be offered one of the 
following:

* A credit note redeemable on a future purchase 
  on shreejipatola.com
* An exchange for another saree of equal or 
  lesser value

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, 
either full or partial. All decisions regarding 
returns are at the sole discretion of Shreeji 
Patola, and we reserve the right to decline returns 
that do not meet the conditions above.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs 
of returning a product. However, if the issue is 
due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the 
return shipping cost as a credit note.

For international orders, please contact us before 
shipping any item back, as customs and logistics 
requirements vary by country. Our team will guide 
you through the appropriate process.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of 
delivery, subject to the following conditions:

* The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
* The saree must be in its original packaging 
  with all tags and the invoice included
* The saree must not have been altered, 
  tailored, or customised in any way

Sarees that have been tailored or customised in 
any way are not eligible for exchange or return.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sarees purchased during a sale, clearance, or 
promotional offer are not eligible for return, 
exchange, or refund. We encourage you to review 
such purchases carefully before confirming your 
order, as these are considered final.

Gift Orders

If your order is a gift and you would like us to 
include a personalised note, please mention this 
along with your order number when placing your 
order, and we will be happy to include it.

Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute regarding cancellations, 
returns, exchanges, or refunds, the decision of 
Shreeji Handicraft Sarees Nx shall be final and 
binding. This policy is governed by the laws of 
India, and any disputes shall be subject to the 
jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Our liability in any case is limited to the value 
of the product in question.
