Shreeji Patola is an e-commerce venture of
Shreeji Handicraft Sarees Nx

At Shreeji Patola, we are committed to delivering
your order in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
From the moment your order is processed and packed,
we take great care to ensure it reaches you in
perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Orders are shipped via DTDC, our primary shipping
partner, ensuring reliable tracking and doorstep
delivery across India.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3
working days of order confirmation and delivered
within 5 to 7 working days from the date of
dispatch, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp
or email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping (Outside India)

We offer free international shipping for orders
above ₹30,000.

For orders below ₹30,000, a shipping fee of
₹1,500 applies for the first saree, and ₹500 for
each additional saree in the same order. Shipping
charges may vary depending on the size and weight
of the overall order.

International orders are shipped via DTDC
International or a trusted courier partner, and
are typically delivered within 8 to 12 working
days from the date of dispatch.

For very large or voluminous orders, an additional
packaging fee may apply to ensure all items are
shipped safely together.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, please note that customs
duties, import taxes, and any local charges levied
by your country are the responsibility of the
customer and are payable directly to the courier
or local authorities upon delivery. Shreeji Patola
has no control over these charges and they are not
included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a
DTDC tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You
can use this to track your order directly on the
DTDC website.

Gift Orders

If your order is a gift and you would like us to
include a personalised note, please mention this
along with your order number at checkout or send
us a message, and we will be happy to include it
with your shipment.

Important Notes

* Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code,
and contact number are accurate at the time of
placing your order. Shreeji Patola is not
responsible for delivery delays caused by
incorrect or incomplete address information.
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
* If you receive a package where the outer
packaging appears tampered with, opened, or
damaged, please do not accept the delivery and
contact us immediately.
* All prices listed on shreejipatola.com are
inclusive of GST.
* Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
* Delivery timelines may vary during festive
seasons, sale periods, or due to circumstances
beyond our control such as weather disruptions
or courier delays.
